Delivery & Delivery Time:

The delivery time will start after the confirmation and clarifications of size, quantity, design, material and finishes. It doesn’t start with the date of advance payment. The ordered goods are delivered as a whole.

50% advance will be required for order to make products. Rest 50% will be transfered before delivery.

100% payment requied for ready products.

Delivery dates are submitted without liability for delay however occasioned. The company will in no case, be liable for any compensation/ damage/ refund of advance payment, for any deliveries which are made beyond the delivery date and time.

All products in one order form will be delivered in one shipment.

All complaints in respect of incomplete delivery, defective or incorrect goods must be reported at the time of delivery. if issues are not reported then its assured that products are delivered in excellent condition and complaint will not be catered.

The company will not be responsible for any damage caused while taking goods through narrow corridors and stairwells.

Deliveries above ground floor will be charged extra amount in case there is no cargo elevator available.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Warrant Policy:

We do not commit any kind of warranty for discounted/discontinued and imported outdoor furniture products.

All returned items must be in new/ original condition. Customization items in design, color or in parts are not returnable and refundable in any case. Only ready stock items in our standard color range can be returned or refunded.

A copy of the proof of computer-generated invoice, receipt or reference number must be provided with the returned product.

The buyer will ensure both the pre-installation and post-installation termite proofing on the site. Any defect is caused due to termite or any other insect of like nature to the products. Company shall not be liable for any claim of the buyer, whatsoever the case may be.
